Instructions
Build
- 1. Find a location you want to build at and load the schematic, align the schematic such that the boats and withers should be in the same chunk.
- 2. Build a 17x17 platform at sub chunk Y level 15, centered on the portal in the schematic, the platform should be the highest blocks in that location.
- When standing where the boats are, your coordinate should be at subchunk Y level 0 (See Figure 1).
- There should be NO lit portal within a 33x33 area from this platform, for all Y values.
- 3. Go to the equivalent in the Nether by doing standard portal math, dividing X and Z coordinate of the center of the platform by 8 (Y level is not considered for this case).
- 3. Align the portal of Nether side schematic at the location and build it, DO NOT go through the portal yourself.
- 4. Light the portal and turn on the duper to send one or two TNTs through.
- 5. Go through and the portal should have generated in within the 17x17 platform.
- 6. Realign the overworld schematic with the generated portal
- Make sure the boats and withers should be in the same chunk. If they are not, you need to move the nether side block by block until they do.
- 7. Build the overworld side water collection, but DO NOT build the wither cages and summon the withers yet.
- 8. To place hopper minecarts within the portal base, replace the obsidian with rails as shown in Figure 2. Break the rails and place signs on both sides of the sands when the sands land.
- 9. Turn on the duper to send TNT through and verify that the sand is replaced and a portal is generated in that spot.
- If this succeeds you should build the rest of the overworld side
- 10. Summon all other mobs before the withers.
- 11. Refer to Figure 3 for summoning the withers.
- 12. Remove the water as shown in the video in Figure 3.
Usage
- 1. Flick the lever in Nether side toggle the farm.
- 2. To keep it running, you either need to AFK at the Nether side or build a chunk loader to entity load the duper and TNTs.
- The overworld side of the chunk loader should be >128 blocks away from the farm.
