Pausing the system will now turn on the locking after sufficient time has passed. You can safely leave the system when pausing after the "ON" light turns off.
If the MIS is broken (likely due to chunk unloading):
1. Activate MIS fix mode by flicking the lever shown in Figure 1 (yellow).
2. Spam the note block shown in Figure 1 (blue).
3. Fix all category chests and hoppers shown in Figure 2 (pink) and repeat steps 2-3 until no more items are being pushed into the hoppers.
4. Check for any missorts into the storage checks themselves.
5. Verify the MIS is working by sending a small variety of items through.
To expand the storage, modify the green lines in Figure 3. Extend the red lines using a repeater.

The sign that says "Dot not Cross" indicates that the redstone underneath the sign (next to the hopper) should be a dot instead of a cross. It should not power the adjacent hopper.
To set the MIS filters in the base version, there is colored concrete on top of the storage. The chests are under the category chests, and the color of the concrete above matches with the corresponding slice color in the UI. Each shear in the chest should be replaced with 2 of the desired item you wish to sort into the category.
To set the box loader filters, see the water stream behind the highest chests inside the storage. Fill the first slot of the hoppers on this water stream with 1-2 items to be sorted into the slice.
Prefilling the dispensers with shulker boxes is not necessary. Flick the lever behind the box input at the back of the storage (shown in Figure 4) to automatically distribute boxes throughout the system. Note that empty box storage may need to be resupplied throughout this process if the system is low on boxes.
