Spawn-proof nearby swamp land if necessary, but no cave lighting is required.
2 schematics are attached, one with brown mushrooms and one with glow lichen, pick either according to your preference, difference in rates is negligible

Build

Must be built in a swamp or mangrove swamp
When standing on the highest platform your y level should be less than or equal to 69
An easy way to get the correct height is build the first platform at or just above water level

Usage

1. AFK **112 blocks above the roof** of the farm.
